ENSR has established a Technical Advisory Board (TAB) that will provide
the company with strategic input to assist in the development and
application of the company's innovative
environmental characterization and remediation technologies, as well as
the definition of leading-edge environmental issues. ENSR, part of

ENSR's TAB is comprised of ten senior industry
experts, with Dr. Raymond C. Loehr, Professor Emeritus of the University
of Texas ? Austin, as the Chairperson. Dr.
Loehr has significant expertise in industrial and hazardous waste
management technologies for contaminated liquids, slurries, soils, and
sediments. Six TAB members are external to the company and are from
industry and academia; the other four TAB members are from ENSR's
senior management team.
Dr. David Nakles, Technology Director for ENSR's
Integrated Site Closure Service Line, will serve as the ENSR lead for
the TAB. Dr. Nakles has 30 years of experience in the environmental
business, and is a specialist in managing multi-disciplinary
environmental research programs for the utility and petroleum industries.
