AMG owns 79,52% of Graphit Kropfmuehl AG
Amsterdam, 19 June 2008 --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V.
("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") announced that its wholly owned
subsidiary AMG Invest GmbH has published the final result of its
voluntary public tender offer of non-par value bearer shares in
Graphit Kropfmuehl Aktiengesellschaft, Hauzenberg. After the final
settlement of additional acceptances, AMG Invest GmbH owns 79,52% of
the shares in Graphit Kropfmuehl AG.
