Le groupe Casino a signé une promesse unilatérale d'achat avec le groupe Gastronome (groupe Terrena) pour l'acquisition de sa filiale Gastronome-Luché, qui exploite un site à Luché-Pringé, dans la Sarthe. Il est prévu la reprise de l'intégralité des 159 emplois.

Cette opération permettrait au groupe Casino d'intégrer une filière volaille de produits de grande qualité et de maîtriser toute la chaîne d'approvisionnement : origine, qualité et traçabilité.
