Hamon : New Denominator

Conformément à la loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité des participations importantes dans les sociétés cotées, Hamon & Cie (International) informe le marché que suite à la décision prise en date du 23 décembre 2017 d'augmenter son capital, il a été procédé

- en date du 15 février 2018, à une première augmentation de capital suite à la souscription de Sogepa S.A. à concurrence de 25.000.002,00 euros dont 15.000.001,20 euros ont été affectés au capital et 10.000.000,80 euros ont été affectés à la Prime d'émission ;

- en date du 16 février 2018, à une seconde augmentation de capital suite à la souscription de Sopal International S.A. et une société liée agissant de concert ainsi que des trois banques parmi les six participants au Credit Senior à concurrence de 22.266.045,00 euros dont 13.359.627,00 euros ont été affectés au capital et 8.906.418,00 euros ont été affecté à la Prime d'émission.

Il en résulte les modifications suivantes:

In accordance with the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings in listed companies, Hamon & Cie (International) informs the market that following the decision taken on 23 December 2017 to increase its capital,

- a first capital increase took place on 15 February 2018 following the subscription by Sogepa S.A. up to 25,000,002.00 euros of which 15,000,001.20 euros were allocated to the capital and 10,000,000.80 euros were allocated as a share premium.

- a second capital increase took place on 16 February 2018 following the subscription by Sopal International S.A. and a related company acting in concert and also the 3 Banks among the six Credit Senior participants up to 22,266,045.00 euros of which 13,359,627.00 euros were allocated to the capital and 8,906,418.00 euros were allocated as a share premium.

This results in the following modifications :
