Bruxelles, le 30 septembre 2014 - RHJ International (« RHJI ») a annoncé le 23 septembre 2014 avoir procédé à une augmentation de capital par apport en nature de la participation des co-investisseurs dans Kleinwort Benson Group. A la suite de cette augmentation de capital, le capital social de RHJI s'élève à 735.731.877 EUR (506.527.130 EUR précédemment) et est entièrement représenté par 132.244.164 actions ordinaires (91.045.745 précédemment), chacune  conférant 1 droit de vote pour un nombre total de 132.244.164 droits de vote (91.045.745 précédemment).
