Sword Group confirme l'acquisition de la société Active Risk.

 

Cette acquisition vient compléter l'offre GRC de Sword, actuellement basée principalement sur le « Compliance Management », Active Risk étant quant à elle spécialisée en « Risk Management ».

 

Cette société est basée à Maidenhead (près de Londres), Washington DC et Melbourne.

Les synergies entre Active Risk et Sword permettent d'envisager une expnasion pour le groupe.
