Technicolor informs its shareholders that its Combined General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on May 23, 2013 at 4 p.m. at the Coeur Defense conference center, 110, Esplanade du General de Gaulle, 92000 Paris-La Défense, on first notice.
A Notice of Meeting, including a summary management report of the Group and a presentation of the resolutions submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting, will be sent to owners of shares in registered form.
