Le 19 mai 2016 NV Bekaert SA a émis des obligations convertibles non garanties et non subordonnées venant à échéance le 9 juin 2021 pour un montant en principal de € 380 millions (ISIN: BE6286986284). Bekaert annonce aujourd'hui que, suite à la décision de l'Assemblée Générale Ordinaire des Actionnaires d'approuver l'attribution d'un dividende brut de € 1,10 par action, payable le 15 mai 2018, et selon l'article 5(b)(iii) des conditions des obligations convertibles:

  • le prix de conversion a été ajusté de € 51,25 à € 50,71, et
  • le montant du seuil a été ajusté de € 0,90 à € 0,8906,

en date du 11 mai 2018.
