Paris (France), le 24 mai 2019 - Ipsen (Euronext : IPN ; ADR : IPSEY) a annoncé aujourd'hui que de nouvelles données issues d'études cliniques sur des utilisations de ses médicaments en oncologie - cabozantinib (Cabometyx®), irinotécan liposomal (Onivyde®) et lanréotide autogel (Somatuline®, commercialisé sous le nom de Somatuline® Depot® aux États-Unis) - seront présentées lors de la réunion annuelle 2019 de l'American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), qui se tiendra du 31 mai au 4 juin 2019 à Chicago, dans l'Illinois.

Ipsen présentera les données suivantes sur ses médicaments :

  • Nouvelles données de l'essai de phase 3 CELESTIAL sur l'association des événements indésirables et des résultats d'efficacité pour le cabozantinib chez les patients atteints de carcinome hépatocellulaire (CHC) avancé
  • Phase 3 COSMIC-312 du cabozantinib en combinaison avec l'atezolizumab versus sorafénib chez les patients atteints de carcinome hépatocellulaire avancé n'ayant pas reçu de traitement anticancéreux systémique antérieur
  • Premières données de phase 2 de l'étude CaboGIST (essai 1317) de l'European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer sur l'activité et la sécurité du cabozantinib chez les patients atteints de tumeurs stromales gastro-intestinales métastatiques après échec de l'imatinib et du sunitinib
  • Résultats préliminaires de l'étude RESILIENT sur l'injection d'irinotécan liposomal à des patients atteints d'un cancer du poumon à petites cellules
  • Résultats d'une étude multicentrique de phase 2 sur le lanréotide autogel dans le traitement de symptômes cliniques associés à une obstruction intestinale maligne inopérable
