Mr. Alan H. Rappaport is Vice Chairman at Carleon Capital Partners LLC.
He is Vice Chairman at Roundtable Investment Partners LLC.
He was formerly the Chairman and President of Bank of America's Private Bank, a global wealth management business with over $200 billion dollars in client assets. Prior to joining Bank of America, he was Managing Director of Chase Investment Advisors and a member of the management committee of Chase Global Private Bank.
Before Chase, Mr. Rappaport was a partner of The Beacon Group and helped establish the wealth management business for this M&A and private equity investment boutique.
He also spent 17 years with CIBC Oppenheimer, where he was the senior executive responsible for the Asset Management Division, a private client oriented division which provided a comprehensive array of investment services to wealthy clients, with a market leading position in non-traditional asset categories.
He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of GuideStar, Trustee of NYU Langone Medical Center, Trustee of the American Museum of Natural History, National Co-Chair of Duke University Parents Committee and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He has previously served several other organizations including the Partnership for New York City, New York City Investment Fund, MENTOR/National Mentoring Partnership, Lawrence Hospital and the New York Stock Exchange Advisory Committee on International Capital Markets.
Mr. Rappaport is a graduate of Stanford University (M.B.A.) and Harvard University (B.A.).
