Ashraf Bseisu

Ashraf Adnan Nuredin Bseisu is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at Solidarity Group Holding BSC since 2014.
He is also the Chairman at First Insurance Co. since 2013.
Additionally, he holds the position of Chairman-Trustee at Human Resources Development Fund.
Furthermore, he serves as the Non-Executive Vice Chairman at Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. since 2016 and as the Chairman at Solid Ventures W.L.L., Solidarity First Insurance, Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance, United Insurance Co. (Bahrain), AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co., Solidarity Bahrain BSC, Institute of Management Accountants, Inc., Chartered Insurance Institute, and Young Arab Leaders Bahrain.
In the past, Mr. Bseisu held positions such as Vice Chairman at Arab War Risks Insurance Syndicate and Solidarity General Takaful Co. He was also the Chairman at Bahrain Insurance Association, Al Moazarah Investment Co., Solidarity Takaful SA, and MAA Takaful Bhd.
Additionally, he served as a Non-Executive Director at BBK BSC and Principal at Arab Insurance Group BSC.
Prior to that, he worked as the Principal at Trust International Insurance & Reinsurance Co. BSC from 1998 to 2006.
He also held the position of President at General Arab Insurance Federation.
Mr. Bseisu completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University and pursued his graduate degree at the London School of Economics & Political Science.
