Presently, Ayotola Olubunmi Jagun is Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of Oando Plc. Ms. Jagun is also on the board of Clean Business Practice Initiative and Member of Nigerian Bar Association, Principal at United Nations Global Compact and Associate Member at Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeri.

In the past Ms. Jagun occupied the position of Secretary & General Counsel at CAPITAL G Ltd., Senior Manager-Corporate, Risk & Control at Citigroup Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. and Legal Counsel at D.E Holding UK Ltd.
