Presently, Bang Zhang is Chairman of Chinacache North America, Inc.

He is also on the board of E-House (China) Holdings Ltd., Arrail Group Ltd., Jupai Holdings Ltd. and E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Ltd. and Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Member of Chartered Global Management Accountant.

In the past Mr. Zhang held the position of Chairman at ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd., Chief Corporate Officer at Octave Institute, Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Mecox Lane Ltd., Chief Financial Officer for McDonald’s China Development Co., Chief Financial Officer for DG Group and Chief Financial Officer for The DG Group.

Bang Zhang received an MBA from Jinan University.
