He began his career in 1984 as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions with Merrill Lynch in New York.
During his tenure at JANA, he has served as a Director on the Boards of Cobra Electronics Corp., Copart, Inc., Convergys Corporation, and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
Mr. Rosenstein received an M.B.A.
from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in 1984 and a B.A.
