Currently, Charles-Olivier Tarte is Chief Financial Officer of Nouveau Monde Graphite, Inc.

He is also on the board of Vior, Inc.

In the past he occupied the position of Controller-Natural Graphite Division at Imerys Graphite & Carbon Canada, Inc.

Mr. Tarte received an undergraduate degree from the University of Sherbrooke.
