Ms. Charlotte Philipps joined AIG Private Equity (now PineBridge) in 2006. Ms. Philipps is based in Moscow where she is heading the investment advisory team of AIG Russia Century Fund. Ms. Philipps joined AIG RCF Advisor with a long career of investing in the CIS and Eastern Europe. For over twelve years Ms. Philipps worked at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London where she was responsible for debt and equity investments in key oil & gas and industrial projects, such as the financing of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline and the syndicated loan facilities for MITTAL Steel's first CIS acquisition Ispat-Karmet in Kazakhstan.
Ms. Philipps, a German national, holds a law degree from the University of Munich, she practised law in and worked for Treuhandanstalt, the German Privatisation agency prior to her move to the EBRD.
Ms. Philipps represents RCF in Boards of Directors of Incom Auto and Geotech.
