Currently, Chee Choon Chin occupies the position of Non-Executive Chairman of Allied Technologies Ltd. (Singapore) and Treasurer & Member-Governors Board at Spirit of Enterprise.

He is also on the board of Nexia TS Pte Ltd., NTS Asia Advisory Sdn. Bhd., Southern Alliance Mining Ltd. and Access Global Pte Ltd. and Member of Singapore Institute of Directors, Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Director-Assurance Department at Nexia TS Public Accounting Corp. and Member of Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore.

In the past he occupied the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman for Versalink Holdings Ltd., Manager-Regional Internal Audit at Murphy Oil Corp., Auditor for Deloitte Tax Services Sdn. Bhd., Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP (Singapore).

Mr. Chin received an undergraduate degree from the University of South Australia.
