Presently, Douglas Malcolm Hurt occupies the position of Non-Executive Chairman of Countryside Partnerships Plc.

He is also on the board of Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc, The British Standards Institution and Vesuvius Plc and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Mr. Hurt previously occupied the position of Finance Director & Executive Director at IMI Plc and Vice President-Sales & Marketing of V-ONE Corp.

Mr. Hurt received an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
