Presently, Er Ming Xu holds the position of Chairman of Beijing Contemporary Enterprise Research Association.

He is also on the board of China Telecom Corp. Ltd. and The Chinese Institute of Business Administration and Professor & Dean at Shantou University.

In his past career he occupied the position of Assistant Dean at Renmin University of China.

He received an undergraduate degree, a graduate degree and a doctorate from Renmin University of China.
