Presently, Henry R. Keizer holds the position of Chairman at Sealed Air Corp. and Independent Non-Executive Chairman at The Hertz Corp. Mr. Keizer is also on the board of GrafTech International Ltd., BlackRock Funds, BlackRock Funds III and Park Indemnity Ltd.

He previously was Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and Head-Audit at KPMG International Cooperative and Deputy Chairman & Chief Operating Officer at KPMG LLP (a subsidiary of KPMG International Cooperative).

Mr. Keizer received an undergraduate degree from Montclair State University.
