Dr. Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Assaf is a Minister of Foreign Affairs at Public Investment Fund.

Dr. Al-Assaf was previously employed as a Chairman by Sanabil Direct Investments Co, a Minister of State by Government of Saudi Arabia, a Governor by Arab Monetary Fund, a Governor by International Monetary Fund, a Chairman by The Islamic Development Bank, and a Chairman by Public Pension Agency.

He also served on the board at Public Investment Fund.

He received his undergraduate degree from King Saud University, a graduate degree from the University of Denver and a doctorate degree from Colorado State University.
