Presently, Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak holds the position of Member-Management Board at Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA and Chief Executive Officer at Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (a subsidiary of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA).

She is also on the board of ORLEN Unipetrol as, ORLEN Upstream Sp zoo and Baltic Power Sp zoo.

In the past she occupied the position of Brand Manager at Plus Bank SA (Poland), Manager-Retail Banking at Plus Bank SA (Poland), Chairman-Management Board at Energa SA, Chief Executive Officer for PGNiG Upstream Norway AS, Manager-Key Account at ComputerLand SA and Director-Successive Departments at Bank Ochrony Srodowiska SA.

Ms. Waksmundzka-Olejniczak received an undergraduate degree from Cracow University of Economics and an MBA from Wyzsza Szkola Handlu I Uslug.
