He is also on the board of Fast Pay Partners LLC, Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. and LA84 Foundation and General Partner for JMG Capital Partners LP.

In the past Mr. Glaser was Principal at Pacific Stock Exchange, Chief Investment Officer at Pacific Assets Management LLC and Principal at American Stock Exchange Clearing Corp.

Mr. Glaser received an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a graduate degree from Berkeley Law University of California.
