Jonathan Ross Goodman founded Paladin Labs, Inc. and Knight Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Goodman occupies the position of Executive Chairman of Knight Therapeutics, Inc.

He is also on the board of Medison Biotech 1995 Ltd., POINT Biopharma Corp., POINT Biopharma Global, Inc. and POINT Biopharma, Inc. (United States) and Member of New York State Bar Association and Member of Massachusetts Bar Association.

In the past he was Principal at Procter & Gamble Co., Consultant at Bain & Co., Inc., Vice President-Business Development for Pharmascience, Inc., Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at Paladin Labs, Inc., Chairman of Isotechnika, Inc. and Chairman for Isotechnika Pharma, Inc.

Mr. Goodman received an undergraduate degree from London School of Economics & Political Science and an undergraduate degree, a graduate degree and an MBA from McGill University.
