Presently, Kirt Gardner is Group Chief Financial Officer of UBS Group AG and Group Chief Financial Officer for UBS AG (a subsidiary of UBS Group AG). Mr. Gardner is also on the board of UBS Business Solutions AG.

He previously was Head-Global Strategy & Cost Management at Consumer Bank, Managing Director at The Barents Group and Global Head-Financial Services Strategy at Bearingpoint Switzerland AG.

Mr. Gardner received an undergraduate degree from Williams College, a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
