Currently, Lei Chen is Chief Financial Officer of Ebang International Holdings, Inc.

He is also on the board of Zhenjiang Jianghe High School of Art Co., Ltd. and GXEVER Holdings Ltd. and Member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his past career he was Chief Financial Officer for Hailiang Education Group, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of JHP Fintech, Inc., Audit Manager at KPMG Beijing and Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Beijing).

Mr. Chen received an undergraduate degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
