(which he founded), Co-Chairman for CannBioRex Pharmaceuticals Corp. (which he founded in 2018) and Co-Chairman for 180 Life Corp. (both are subsidiaries of 180 Life Sciences Corp.) and Chairman at ReFormation Pharmaceuticals Corp. (which he founded).
