He previously was Secretary & Chief Legal Officer for Aimia, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at The Bell Telephone Company of Canada and Secretary & Vice President-Law at Bell Canada International, Inc.

Mark Hounsell received a graduate degree from the University of Montréal.
