Presently, Matthew G. McQueen holds the position of Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for Welltower, Inc. Mr. McQueen is also on the board of 139 East 56th Street REIT LLC and Member of American Bar Association.

He previously held the position of Partner at Ball Eggleston PC, Partner-Corporate & Securities Group at Sidley Austin LLP and Member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Mr. McQueen received a graduate degree from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
