Founder of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Mo Chi Cheng Moses presently is Chairman at Insurance Authority. Dr. Moses is also Chairman-Emeritus at The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and Chancellor at Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui and on the board of 8 other companies.

In his past career Dr. Moses was Chairman for Education Commission of Hong Kong, President at International Association of Practising Lawyers, Member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong, Senior Partner at P.C. Woo & Co., Member of Financial Reporting Council (Hong Kong) and Chairman-Process Review Panel at Securities & Futures Commission.

He received a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong, a doctorate from Lingnan University of Hong Kong and a doctorate from Hong Kong Baptist University.
