Presently, Nai Pang Leung is Chairman of Transport International Holdings Ltd.

He is also on the board of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd., The Kowloon Motor Bus Co. (1933) Ltd. and Long Win Bus Co. Ltd.

In the past Dr. Leung was Executive Chairman at Television Broadcasts Ltd., Chairman of Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority, Commissioner of Civil Aid Service Hong Kong, Council Chairman at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Chancellor at City University of Hong Kong.
