Norbert Klapper is Chief Executive Officer of Rieter Holding AG and Chief Executive Officer of Rieter Management AG (a subsidiary of Rieter Holding AG) and Chairman of DIW Deutsche Industriewartung AG. Dr. Klapper is also on the board of Jacoby & Cie AG and Council Member at Swissmem.

Dr. Klapper previously occupied the position of Executive Vice President of Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG, Member-Management Board at Voith Industrial Services Holding GmbH & Co. KG and Partner at Arthur D. Little (Schweiz) AG.

Norbert Klapper received an undergraduate degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a doctorate from Technische Universität München.
