Per Gösta Magnusson holds the position of Director-Operations at Ratos AB and Chairman at TFS Trial Form Support AB, Chairman of TFS Trial Form Support International AB and Director at Ratos AB (Private Equity) (which are all subsidiaries of Ratos AB). Mr. Magnusson is also on the board of ÅF Norge AS.

In his past career he occupied the position of Manager-Industry Division at AF Poyry AB and Chief Executive Officer for Benima AB (a subsidiary of AF Poyry AB), Manager of Sigma AB and Plant Engineer at ASsea AB.

He received an undergraduate degree from KTH Executive School.
