Prior to Chicago Fundamental, he was an Attorney in the finance practice at Mayer Brown LLP, where he represented issuers, underwriters, banks, sponsors and private investment funds in a wide variety of finance transactions.

from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.A.
from Duke University.
