Presently, Rafidah binti Aziz holds the position of Senior Independent Non-Executive Chairman at AirAsia X Bhd., Chairman at Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios Sdn. Bhd. and Chairman of Megasteel Sdn. Bhd.

She is also on the board of MEF Bhd.

In the past she was Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Supermax Corp. Bhd., Secretary of Ministry of Public Enterprises and Chancellor at Meritus University.

She received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Malaya.
