Founder of Chindex International, Inc., Kehillat Beijing Foundation and United Family Healthcare Ltd., Roberta Lipson is an entrepreneur and businessperson who has been at the helm of 8 different companies and presently occupies the position of Chairman of United Foundation For China's Health, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Healthy Harmony Holdings LP, Chairman for United Family Hospitals & Clinics and President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Chindex International, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Healthy Harmony Holdings LP) and Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at New Frontier Health Corp., Chief Executive Officer for United Family Healthcare Ltd. (a subsidiary of New Frontier Health Corp.). Roberta Lipson is also on the board of US-China Business Council and The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc.

Ms. Lipson previously held the position of Chairman of United Foundation for Children's Health, Marketing Manager at Sobin Chemical, Inc., Marketing Manager at Mallinckrodt, Inc.(Old) and Chairman at American Chamber of Commerce (China).

She received an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
