Presently, Susan C. Schwab is Chairman for National Foreign Trade Council. Dr. Schwab is also Professor-Emeritus at the University of Maryland, Member of Aspen Strategy Group and Professor Emeritus at Maryland School of Public Policy and on the board of 6 other companies.

Dr. Schwab previously held the position of Trade Representative at Office of The United States Trade Representative, Director-Business Development at Motorola, Inc., Assistant Secretary-Commerce at U.S. Commercial Services LLC, President & Chief Executive Officer of The University of Maryland Foundation, Inc., Vice Chancellor at University System of Maryland and Dean at Maryland School of Public Policy.

Susan C. Schwab received a doctorate from George Washington University, a graduate degree from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree from Williams College.
