Mr. William A. Hill is a Chairman at Ediston Property Investment Co. He was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Mayfair Capital in March 2014.

He supports the members of the Mayfair Capital board on the development of the business, assists in enhancing the firm’s corporate governance, expanding its relationships within the investor community and he is the Chairman of the firm's Investment Risk Committee.

He is a member of the BPF Finance Committee, sits on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Goldsmiths Company, and is a Director of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust.

He was former Head of Property at Schroders which he joined in 1989, having begun his investment career in 1985 after qualifying as a chartered surveyor with Drivers Jonas.

He stepped down as head of property at Schroders at the end of October 2013. A past chairman of the Association of Real Estate Funds.

He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Reading.
