Currently, Xin Li occupies the position of Chairman for China Resources Land Ltd., Chairman at China Resources Land (Shanghai) Ltd. and Chairman of China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Ltd.

In his past career Mr. Li held the position of Manager & Senior Manager at Longdation Enterprises Ltd., Managing Director at Chongqing Runlong Industrial Co. Ltd. and General Manager for China Resources (Dalian) Co. Ltd.

Mr. Li received an undergraduate degree from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics and a graduate degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
