In the past he held the position of Chairman of BIT Mining Ltd. and President & Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen DNE Laser Equipment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhang received an undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University and a graduate degree from the University of Science & Technology of China.
