Zhang Hong Hu founded CCB International (Holdings) Ltd. Presently, he holds the position of Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of CCB International (Holdings) Ltd. and Chairman of CCBI Metdist Global Commodities (UK) Ltd.

He is also Chairman for China Mergers & Acquisition Association, Member-Process Review Panel at Securities & Futures Commission, Member of Securities & Futures Appeals Tribunal and Member of Hong Kong Academy of Finance and on the board of 5 other companies.

In the past he was Vice Chairman-Finance Committee at China Universities Alumni (HK) Association, President for CCB International Asset Management Ltd., Member-Professional Events Committee at Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute and Member-Securities Institute at China Law Society.

Dr. Hu received an undergraduate degree from Central University of Finance & Economics and a doctorate from Zhongnan University of Economics & Law.
