Hero Motocorp Ltd est le 1er constructeur mondial de motocycles. Le CA par activité se répartit comme suit :

- vente de motos (88,2%) : 7,6 millions d'unités vendues en 2017/18 ;

- vente de pièces détachées (8,4%) ;

- autres (3,4%) : notamment prestations de services.

A fin mars 2019, le groupe dispose de 7 sites de production implantés en Inde (5), au Bangladesh et en Colombie.

La commercialisation des produits est assurée par un réseau de plus de 6 500 concessionnaires et points de vente situés en Inde.

97,1% du CA est réalisé en Inde.
