This 15 September, VINCI Airports (VINCI Concessions) signed a partnership agreement with the Fédération Française Aéronautique to support the general aviation sector and fast-track its energy transition.

The agreement covers three areas: flight and safety training; the energy transition and innovation - in particular speeding up the use of electric aircraft in the flying clubs in VINCI Airports' network -; and reaching out to the public to promote these activities. Under this partnership, the Grenoble Alpes Isère and Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airports, both operated by VINCI Airports, hosted two stopovers during the first Tour de France for electric aircraft on 24 September. This event is a perfect fit for VINCI Airports' and its partners' aim to stimulate electric flight in France.
