Réglementation en matière de transparence

Conformément à la loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité de participations importantes et suite à l'introduction dans les statuts de Befimmo SA d'un seuil statutaire de déclaration1 de 3%, Befimmo annonce avoir reçu, le 23 janvier 2015, une déclaration de transparence de la part d'Ageas.

Cette déclaration est faite suite au franchissement du seuil de déclaration de 3%, par deux entreprises contrôlées par Ageas, AG Insurance et AG Finance, respectivement vers le bas et vers le haut.

Dans ce cadre, Befimmo publie les informations suivantes :

Nombre de droits de vote attachés aux titres détenus indirectement par Ageas après la déclaration :2.393.476

Befimmo est un investisseur « pure player » dont le métier est de mettre à disposition des immeubles de bureaux de haute qualité situés à Bruxelles, les autres villes belges et au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
Son portefeuille comprend aujourd'hui une centaine d'immeubles de bureaux, pour une surface globale de plus de 900.000 m², dont une grande partie est louée à long terme à des institutions publiques (> 65%). La juste valeur de son portefeuille a été évaluée au 30 septembre 2014 à 2.257,1 millions €.
La Société s'attache à la fois à valoriser son portefeuille actuel et à saisir toute opportunité d'investissement qui s'avère créatrice de valeurs pour ses actionnaires.
Cotée sur Euronext Brussels depuis sa création, reprise dans l'indice BEL 20 depuis mars 2009, Befimmo développe une stratégie réfléchie visant à optimaliser ses résultats dans la durée.
Attentive à une intégration optimale des enjeux du développement durable dans sa réflexion stratégique, Befimmo inscrit son action quotidienne dans le respect des règles en matière de responsabilité sociétale.
