Foncière Euris confirme la cession du centre commercial Riviera à Gdynia en Pologne

La cession à Union Investment Real Estate GmbH du centre commercial « Riviera », situé à Gdynia (Pologne), a été finalisée le 31 août 2015, conformément aux conditions et au calendrier prévus.

Cette cession a permis à Foncière Euris d'encaisser au closing 81 M€.

Des compléments de prix liés aux performances futures du centre seront perçus d'ici mars 2018.
