Aaron joined the team in 2017 as an Investment Associate and has since been promoted twice, to Investment Manager in 2019 and to Investment Director in 2023.
Since joining Epiris, Aaron has been involved in the Diamorph, Portals, Stuart Turner and Sepura investments.
Before Epiris, Aaron was at Bain & Company where he worked on commercial due diligence projects for private equity funds.
Before that he worked at Morgan Stanley and MVision.
Aaron has a degree in Economics and Management from Oxford University.
