Before ACA Group, Brendan had several legal and compliance roles with AdvisorAssist, a boutique investment adviser consulting firm and American Student Assistance.
Brendan began his compliance career at Key Bank developing a customer identification program/KYC process.
Brendan has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Philosophy from the University of Delaware and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
Brendan is a licensed attorney with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
