He also served as Associate Treasurer of Harvard University.
Mr. Siguler served in the Reagan Administration from 1983 to 1984 as Chief of Staff of the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services.
He received his A.B.
in History from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
