Mr. Thomas B.
Coutts is a Chairman at Baillie Gifford & Co. He has been a member of the International Growth Portfolio Construction Group since March 2008 and took over as Chair in July 2019.
He became a Partner in 2014 and Chief of Investment Staff in 2018.
Mr. Coutts joined Baillie Gifford in 1999 and spent a number of years in our UK and European Equity Teams before joining the dedicated International Growth research group full time in 2017.
He graduated BA in Modern Languages in 1994.
