Mr. Marra began his career in 1971 at the accounting firm Price Waterhouse, where the majority of his clients were in the financial services industry.
After leaving Price Waterhouse in 1975, he spent 11 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Dean Witter's asset management division.
In 1986, he left Dean Witter to join the newly-formed Prudential Mutual Fund Services, where over time he held a number of senior management posts, including those of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President, and where he was instrumental in creating an award-winning transfer agency business.
For the six years immediately prior to joining RBA, Mr. Marra worked at SunAmerica Asset Management, where he held senior management positions in fund accounting, administration and operations.
